Even the stuff with the oil in it isn't all that bad for you. it's a very small amount. Quite a lot of sugar in there though..
But Nutella? That stuff is just candy in a jar, marketed as an alternate. I think it's over 50% sugars, right? I mean, of course it tastes good, but so does a snickers bar. I wouldn't recommend either for a healthy snack or meal, lol.
Agreed, with small children PB is a good, kid-friendly source of fat and protein. Fat is actually good (in moderation of course) for developing brains. PB is best if you get the kind without all the added sugar and oil. And agreed again, Nutella is SO yummy, but SO bad... I seriously can't keep it in the house, because I end up eating it with a spoon, and then my pants don't fit
