Bear in mind that my points throughout these last ten pages have been purely and simply to clarify what the terms and concepts mean from a legal basis, and nothing else. The only times I have offered my opinions on this stuff have been by invitation. If you want to start a discussion about who's opinion is better, then fine, go for it.
