An empty tomb does not support resurrection myths. It just proves that remains are no longer there.

Oh, but it does support the facts. First century Christians claimed that Christ was alive after his burial and that the tomb was empty. If we find the tomb, and it's empty this claim would be supported on a high level (which already is) It won't prove it it just will support the claims of the first century Christians. That's hard to refute.

If I claimed that an alien was standing next to me but then left for his home planet, would you find the fact that he was not there to support my claims?

This is washed water!Lol But what if almost a thousand people was with you, saw the alien, and hurd him speak word for word. What if they could show you how he looked without any contridicions of the other witneses? What if they all saw him, and there description of the alien agrees with one another in every detail?On those bases yes I would consider it fact.

Darkstar do you really need abscene proof or just hard facts to support history? Your statement is not true. Obviously there is no way to proove the ressurection of Christ. But there are many facts that support it. Notice I said historical facts. Can you prove Darwin didn't think about accepting Christ on his death bed? No. But we can search the facts and go from there. Can you prove what caused the big bang? No. No. No. Know that's funny.

But find me one of those mummy's who said weeks before they died they would rise in three days, and when they died and placed in a tomb three days later there tombs were empty? Where are thee kings of Egypt?!! notice what you said..... "Archeologists." these Egyptian tombs were here for thousands of years before they Archeologists found them.
