The feeling I get from this is one of resolve, duty and transcendence. (I know it is heresy for some but I rarely focus on the lyrics as much as the feeling tone of music.) It isn't one I'd normally pick up but I like that it doesn't go overboard like some and wind up sounding pretentious. Also the photos were good support.
The next one is inspired more by the ukulele tune a few before this. I wanted to find something that sounded more culturally Hawaiian. But to my surprise, except for some by Izzy, all my more instrumental Hawaiian tunes were slack string guitar. I was also surprised to find that Ledward Kapaana is still alive and performing. I hadn't heard this one before but if you enjoy the spectacle of elderly, heavy set Hawaiian gentlemen trying their best to hit some soprano notes while playing some pretty damned good slack string .. you might like this.

Oh screw it, I'm double dipping. Here is the first song I ever heard by him. Unfortunately you have to look at a brief casino advertisement before it starts. Listen to this one instead if you want to hear the instrument without the 'extreme' singing.
