What's more, the point that you essentially just blew off is still a valid point: You're dismissing evolution because you believe that it has never been observed. I have not observed God, Jesus, Mohammed or any other supernatural phenomenon and I have never found a reliable source that has observed any of those. I'd be more than willing to bet neither you nor any reliable source that you know of has observed any supernatural phenomenon, have you? So, if you're dismissing one theory because it hasn't been observed, why are you so accepting of another theory that hasn't been observed?
Response: The video is not proof of a species evolving into another species, so it does not prove evolution. Secondly, physical change requires observation. If not, then tell us what color was just recently painted on the corner house of my street without anyone observing it to find out? Exactly. You can't. So if no one observed physical change of a species evolving into another, that alone proves that evolution is not scientifically proven.

We have witnessed evidence by examples. We have created artificial selection. Scientists can create models for natural selection and view how it takes place. People have been artificially selecting for thousands of years. Take wolves for example. We domesticated and created our own breeds of canines. As you see today, most of the breeds of dogs we have created do not fully resemble wolves but they are related genetically. So, what we see is the evidence that natural selection or selective breeding can modify an animal’s behavior and physical appearance to be very different than their ancestors. In the case of humans, we are genetically related to apes through a common ancestor but we do not fully resemble apes because of natural selection and selective breeding.
You've witnessed nothing. For if you did, you could easily provide video footage of a species evolving into another species. You can't, because it never happened. Evolution is false.
