Actually, I answered yours and you avoided mine.
The "directive" is simply internal consistency in your own world view. Once you dismiss part of the Bible as "that shit" (your words), you are the one saying "that shit" got into scripture. If you say so, by what knowledge or skill can you use to determine that other parts are divine revelation.
How do you tell the "shit" from the divine? Are you God?
If you insist on dismissing parts of scripture will claiming revelation in others, you commit the logical fallacy of special pleading.
