Tell you what, I'll cut to the chase since you like to be obtuse.
If the Bible was originally inspired by Yahweh but he didn't pay close attention to the details, the whole needs to be regarded as "not the Word of God" since we have no way of telling what parts are divine and what parts are human.
...and this brings us back to the whole, "how do you know what parts are divine? Are you God?" issue that you kept dodging earlier.
This is why there's no "sorta, kinda, you see, it's a little of both and yet neither one" option.
