What? Are there glowing letters in the parts where it is God's Word? Are there footnotes or some other indication? What distinct characteristics should the reader look for?
If you're answer is nothing better then "you just know", then you are relying upon your own imagination and desires. Just write your own book and make up your own religion and be done with the pretense that you are a Christian.
