People get bullied for a reason, in most cases they are emotionally weak, and the abuser will be attracted to that emotional weakness. It's a sick symbiotic relationship.

I do agree with one part of this. They do need to be strong and stand up to assholes like you.

I'm not blaming anyone in the post I made, I'm just explaining what happens. If anything the parents of the abuser and the victim are to blame, since it is from that, that all morality is learned.

I think this is why you were bullied as well. It must be your upbringing.
