Nope, never served a day. But I am quite sure say except for the likes of Bob Dole and John McCain, most lilly white right wingers are like Romney, you know what he did during Nam? Falsely used his religion to avoid service.

Now, if I was called to war, I wouldn't lie. I'd simply say, "You wouldn't want me out there, I'd panic and get someone killed". But that is not what he did.

I don't judge people for serving or not serving. I do however judge lying.

The Afgan war that atheist Pat Tillman served in and gave up a lucrative NFL career in and died in, I was for. Looking back at it now, If I had known the quagmire that Bush put us in, I would have said no, do what Clinton did in Bosnia and what Obama did with Libya.

But Iraq I was not for, and not even because I saw the way the other one was going at the time, but the lie everyone knew Bush was peddling.

And even Colon Powell says he was duped.

No, I mean- you would be better off not existing. It would make the world better for me and my future children.
