I'm pretty sure I speak for all atheists here when I say that none of us believe that the resurrection happened. It would be quite contradictory for us to believe so in my opinion, but then I suppose you could believe in "miracles" and not in God; it's just that I've never come across an atheist who does 
In answer to the question about Creationism. There is no reason to believe it happened. The Bible makes several claims about the creation, most of which can be tested. When we test them, the results do not point towards creation at all, but rather to natural processes like evolution. Present evidence that creation happened, and the scientific community would listen. All you are doing so far is making an assertion. As the popular phrase goes..."we have the fossils, we win".
