A) I haven't ever seen you being cruel or mean.
That's usually because I keep it right under the surface of what I say. Clearly visible, just not the first thing one might be expected to leap to. Both fully meant. Also a third meaning sometimes as a joke that nobody will catch. I find doing that... entertaining.
