National Geographic, when it was ethical, also put out a kid's magazine when I was a kid. My first issue of "World" magazine had a story about the ancient eruption, WITH PICTURES, of the body molds. That shit gave me nightmares. MOM what the fuck were you thinking giving that to me? I get that I need an education, but at 7? Is death really something you want to scare the shit out of a kid with at that age? Believe me I am over it, but it really did scare the shit out of me.
I rather thought the pictures were pretty, and the story interesting
What the fuck were you smoking? They had plaster casts of dead bodies. Now I am not ignoring the reality of death, but when you are 7 I don't know how these images can keep you mentally stable.
Even outside the issue of volcanos I cant wade in the ocean because of Jaws.
