Have you read much about string theory? That time started with the Big Bang is, in fact, debatable.

I havn't read much of the details of String Theory. Isn't string theory still in development though and still open to alot of change and so may not be amazingly reliable at the moment. Correct me if Im wrong.
Anyway as part of my arguement I argued that there had to be a start of time (the infinite regress bit).
