Evolution
#14
RE: Evolution
2 things stand out, well several but the 2 most obvious points.

1 hes a mormon, he believes joseph smith, the known con artist, is a prophet from god, and that he found a bible that no one else was allowed to see in america.

2 he said natural selection makes sense but not to turn monkeys into humans, the theory of evolution is about a creature LIKE an ape evolved into a human, the ape itself probably did decend from an animal LIKE a monkey.

What evidence do people want for evoloution?

If evolution was true we would see fossils of animals changing slightly over time, we have it.

If evolution wasnt true we would have very very ancient fossils of man which are the same as modern man, we dont have that.

If religion was true we would have fossils of huge 90 ft tall men, we dont have that we have fossils of dinosaurs.

If evolution was true we could observe it at the microscopic level on micro organisms, we can

if evolution wasnt true every single species of animal that has ever gone extinct which is about 95 percent of all life on this planet would have had to all have been on the planet at the same time, thats including the life we have on the planet now would have also had to have been there if it didnt evolve from these animals.

DNA evidence would show we are all related if evolution was true, it does.

The best argument religious people have is "nah its too complicated god must have done that"

How can he say natural selection makes sense, when natural selection is based on beneficial mutations then at the same time say beneficial mutations cant occour because they ALWAYS make the animal sterile?

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.
