That's dividing by zero. Whether that's what he intended to mean or not is a different question.

You perform the multiplication first which negates the last addition to zero.
You then simply add the nine ones together.

1+1x0 = 1
1+1x0 = 1 // 1 = 1
1x1 = 1 // 1 = 1
1x1 = 1x1 // 1 = 1
(1x1)-(1x1) = (1x1)-(1x1) // 0 = 0
(1-1)(1+1)/1-1 = 1(1-1)/1-1 // -1 = -1
(1+1) = 1 // 2 =/= 1
(1+1)-1 = 1-1 // 1 =/= 0
1 = 0
I think it is 0.
