You mean like a gay gene? No. The modern take on the somewhat misleadingly named "gay gene", is not a part of the genetic code from before conception, that is to say, in the sperm and the egg. What apparently is there is the potential for orientation to shift during development when one factors in the other aspects like environmental pressures and brain structure.
I've never seen a journal or paper announcing the discovery of a gene passed directly from the parent that pronounces before conception that the future child will be gay, bi, lesbian, transgender, &c.
The fact of the matter is that the orientation of a person however is intrinsic to them, it can't be changed, or if it can, not without harm to the individual.
