When was that? Britain and France declared war on Germany for invading Poland. Germany declared war on the US a few days after Pearl Harbor. Nobody gave a shit about the jews in any of that. In fact, the Germans themselves did not hold the Wansee Conference outlining the final solution until January of 1942.
