If the two consent and they are within a year of each other, but say a 50 year old and a 14 or even 16 year old is sick. And I agree you start lowering the age of consent would be wrong. Even 16 for me is too low. I'd say 17 or even 18.
The underage sex I had was not with an adult but girls a no more than a year or younger or older we were teens at the time. Not recommending that though, I got lucky and didn't get them pregnant or get a disease.
This really is just a really sick topic to start. It makes me think the OP is fishing for some shocking answer to get theists to go "SEE SEE SEE"
If you are an adult just stick with people over 18. How difficult is that?
