Sex between a full grown adult and a child (a person who hasn't started puberty) is bad for the child, in any scenario, methinks.
If we're discussing the age of consent law; I think it's horrible to go by a fixed age. I think it should always go by puberty. If you are capable of sexual desires and you consent, "go ahead", I say.
