Powers of Administrators vs. Moderators

Are there certain powers reserved specifically for the moderators? Do administrotors only differ by the color of their names?

The difference is that the admins have access to the "Admin CP" unlike the moderators where we can control and/or change things such as the board settings, forums, threads, users, layout, themes, and we can implement new codings,.upgrade the forum, even peek at PMs Tongue, and lots of other stuff.

But I'm a little n00bish for an admin, so I don't usually change anything without asking unless I really know what I'm doing.
