They would as a result end up being nothing but a pile of ash.

Well, that and the nuke is only about 6 kilotons, a fraction of the power of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima.

And besides, they can barely fuel their military, how the hell will they be able to fuel anything that could move the nuke?

Knowing what I know about North Korea, I can hardly imagine that anything they do would end up better than this:
