This is true, the graphic videos will upset most people, myself included. But if you want to watch something that you know will be horrible and confronting and uncomfortable, then go right for it.
A friend of mine saw "The Bridge" and it gave him nightmares. I saw it, and was like - are you serious, how did it give you nightmares, but I understand that even non-graphic depictions of death can be as upsetting as graphic depictions to some people, so maybe he shouldn't have watched the movie in the first place!
