I didn't mean that in a bad way, but I just think that sometimes people do atheism to look cool
Hmmmm, my fad has lasted 30 years. It would be easier for me to just go to church and play nice, but I just can't buy the bullshit. I guess the older I get the less tolerant I am of people trying to push their beliefs on me.
littlegrimlin1, I think it's unfortunate that your father feels he has to pull this power trip. I think you need to talk with him about your beliefs. He'll either respect them or he wont. And unfortunately if he doesn't want you to come here in his house, it's his rules. My son will be 17 on Monday. He can come here if he wants, but he'd rather chat about yu gi oh, pokemon, yo-yo's and other weird and bazaar shit that he does. I don't block things from him. I tried that with his older brother and quickly learned it doesn't work. At some point a parent just needs to back off
