What if the person can't move though? IE: Everyone who could afford to move in Iraq already has. Plenty of people would like to get out of the situation.... but just how many can't afford to do so?
Its an ethical dilemma. If he has a right to be a bigot, because it is his house... then everyone else living inside it has the right to rebel against his despotism, leave, or suffer through it needlessly.

Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
