You didn't provide evidence; you provided links to a guy who spouted a bunch of nonsense. There were no linked studies, there were no citations. There wasn't even an actual definition of what those "toxins" are, because there isn't bloody one. So you're right - we have different standards. Mine are based in reality. You keep asking for evidence that it causes harm - I linked you a page with examples of what fasting can do. I also linked pages discussing the claims your beloved doctors THINK fasting does. I discussed the links Rayaan provided.
The problem is not that I don't accept the evidence, it's that you're not providing anything that constitutes as actual evidence that fasting does fuck all anything near what you originally claimed it would be good for. Now you've settled on "it doesn't hurt," which is still, even at its most neutral, a far cry from "it actually helps." It doesn't "bathe" your body in nutrients if you juice fast. It merely gives you an overdose of foods you should be eating anyway - something we discussed earlier in the thread, and which I heartily agree with. Except instead of doing the magical juicer, I suggested instead that people merely exercise and eat a responsible diet.
