The question should be... If his body was resurrected, why didn't people recognise him?
He caused them not to recognize Him until He was ready.

I would like to point out something if you do not mind, you forgot to answer my question.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
