Not really... my position is that shoot= a controlled explosion propelling a projectile 
So i originally treated *bang* as that explosion, but you would be right that some (many?) guns shoot faster than the speed of sound. Or do they???
"Shoot" doesn't mean anything more than that explosion
So I reject that you require aiming, bracing, or even any human component to 'shoot' something
