What makes you jump to this conclusion? The accounts in the Bible? Remember that the bible was written way after the death of Jesus. I would argue that the majority of the accounts of the witnesess of Jesus' miracles never got written down because of the time that elapsed since his death and the writing of the bible. Most would have followed him blindly after witnessing his miracles.
