The American Libertarians I know aren't. I don't see anything in the Libertarian manifesto that is distinctly neo-con or fascist.
Have you considered that these people might be calling themselves Libertarians despite not actually being Libertarians? I mean, come on, Glenn Beck calls himself a Libertarian, yet he panders to the extreme right-wing of the Republican party.
