In the first one, notice the "How can we reduce hunger?" does not include "we need more food".
This doesn't count as a source, but this website has a bunch of videos that give, at least from what I've studied, a very good presentation of reality.
I see no evidence supporting underpopulation. Food isn't the issue... we can always destroy a rainforest to support more cows. The problem is fresh water to drink. The earth can only support 9 billion people.
