Old Hippie Dude, you're hilarious!!!!...What Bush did was to open up choices for parents and students in education through alternative and private schools that competes with the public education system...parents who are continually frustrated with the failures of the public education system are given choices as well as vouchers to send their kids to alternative and private schools...which is popular among minorities you racist...school districts and greedy teachers unions oppose it because they no longer have a government run monopoly on education...which means, now, they have to compete for taxpayer funded state and federal money...Taxpayers invest a good chunk of money into their property taxes to pay for education and only they, the parents, know how best to raise and educate their kids, not the "community" and certainly not the damn government, you commie fascist!!!
