The data of the position must come from an outside source, it cannot come from inside the animal
That is a big difference between human and animals
God guides animals by supplying them with this information
on the other hand humans need to learn from (other humans)
A non-intelligent evolution (if it ever happened) is impossible because those data need an external intelligent source (God) to feed them into the animal system/brain to utilize.
Every animal that perceives its environment automatically has a constant stream of data with which it interacts. The data consists of perceived changes in their environmental conditions.
