That looks like an orphaned reference left behind after you removed a browser redirect virus.
I'd try Malwarebytes and/or TDSSKiller. They're still pretty good at cleaning up the fragments from previously infected systems.
Edit to add: You can also check your startup entries, using regedit or msconfig. Piriform's CCleaner can make it easy to find and remove unwanted startup entries.
