He achieved significant popularity early on in his career, especially with his "Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television" routine. His career seems to have been on the back burner somewhat since those glory days, but he doesn't appear to have stopped being funny. I'm just starting to rediscover him, and find monologues from later in his career to be quite a revelation. I've downloaded a bunch of his stuff for my mp3 player, but haven't listened to any of it on there yet.
