We are treating sex and marriage as the same (in this thread)

Sexual desires is natural, so there is no point of banning it totally
Marriage is the common, accepted regulation to have sex (by most people)
So how can we deal with the problem (it is even stated very clearly in UK by the last article)?
By forcing a marriage age at 16 or 18, while there are about 15 million people in US alone who are already having sex under 16
Or by regulating marriage?
It is obvious that regulating marriage is the answer
That is why many US states are allowing it
Now let's compare Islam to under age marriage in US states
Most states will allow marriage only if the girl is pregnant
It means that they are ok, for a girl to have sex at 10 then get pregnant (there is no punishment) then they will allow her to marry only after she get pregnant
What if the boy doesn't want to get married?
What if the boy is not suitable for the girl?
What if parents don't like that?
What if the boy (and his family) cannot support the couple)
What if .................?
Regulating the marriage and choosing the other partner before marriage is much better?
