Right, because we wouldn't want anyone to know that we actually appreciate some of the people on this board.

I'm not just referring to this thread; the compliments to which I was referring are randomly present in other threads, too.

I got over feeling left out in the 3rd grade. I think most of us around here are adult enough to understand the simple (and quite wonderful) idea behind this thread.

Perhaps I am too much of a skeptic. Like a lot of other people, I am suspicious of individuals who go out of their way to be excessively friendly, complimentary and familiar to people who they barely know. It just comes across to me as contrived and calculated, in an effort to gain acceptance from the senior members.

If you don't like it and can't stay in the great spirit of the thread, then kindly GTFO.

I am well within my rights to reply in an open thread; no rules have been broken and I have been courteous in my responses.
