I'm not really sure in what sense you are asking.
Nothingness would have to do with the absence of anything.
Nihilism at a minimum would have to do with the denial of something which others attach meaning to.
Nothingness is always relative. Even the vacuum of space -devoid of any sort of mysterious ether- seems to dance in and out of substance in some strange way that I am not able to explain.
Nihilism is something I have little experience of. I don't derive any meaning in regard to your gods but I find my life full of meaning nonetheless. So rejection of God hasn't left me bereft of meaning by a long shot.
