You are misinformed. Drone attacks are not targeting innocent civilians (almost all do not occur in populated areas). Most of the innocent civilians killed are from Taliban and AQ suicide bombing.

I do not condon the killing of innocent civilians.

Iran have their own Drones for their population.

FAA regulates all flying aircraft in USA. The FAA has not given permission for USA air space use.
