Your statement wasn't: "there is a lack of evidence in the existence of unicorns", but "Unicorns don't exist". In case you haven't figured that out, those two statements are different.

Again you got that one wrong. It wasn't a belief he was expressing, but an assertion he was making. Big difference. Had he said, "I believe that nothing can be of infinite time in the future or history or have an infinite number of real elements." Then it would be fine. But he didn't.

The above was your response when Muslim Scholar rejected non-theoretical infinite. You said to him: "No evidence supporting it"

And I stand by that. There's a difference between: "you are guilty", in which I would have to prove my case; and, "I believe you are guilty" in which I'm expressing an opinion.

Why the fuck would he have to prove something he has no reason for believing in due to a lack of evidence.

Again, he wasn't expressing a belief. He was asserting a proposition. Either that proposition is true or false. And he has the burden to prove it that it is true.
