Certainly you cannot change 7 billion people. But I am against religion as a concept. Not in any sense of outlawing it, but in the sense that it needs to be discussed, debated and ridiculed at a minimum to keep it from thinking it deserves a pedestal.
Without the ability to question anything, including politics which can also be dogmatic, the world can and often does foster more tribalism when the label creates a climate of "I'm special"
None of our current religions were around 500,000 years ago, nor our boarders, and in the future something will cause our species to go extinct. So I really do get pissed off at ANYONE who thinks their race or religion or political party makes them the center of the universe.
