So if God goes broke, will the government save Him to protect the economy?

The reason why this universe exist and will exist is because the balance is kept all the time and in order to maintain this balance is necessary to make sure that the positive and the negative are there all the time.
Your computer and your monitor are plug to the socket and that allow you to use this things in this very moment. They also need the positive and the negative to work as everything else.
Without the balance the universe would go for ever, that however does not mean that also God would go as this universe is just a mental projection of the cosmic mind (God)

False. God acts like he doesn't exist. And I don't remember taking any loans. Maybe he acts more like a scamer?

It is a good thing that you do not remember that you ever took a loan and there is a good reason for that.
If you would remember that in a previous life you rape, torturer or killed someone then your life would be a total misery as you would feel the remorse for what you have done.
In this way you could not concentrate on going forward and progress.
