What the hell is the point of torturing someone who didn't commit the crime? I mean, if you're reincarnated, there's new memories, a new body, a new past and a new whole life; what is there of the criminal left? What's just about that?
Everything in this universe is composed of vibrations.
You can get a new body but you yourself are the same.
You carry on with you the same vibration that you had in the previous life so there is no way that you can get out of your debt.
The memory of your previous life is gone and for a good reason but all the rest stay with you.
