Ummm two thirds= 66%

If two thirds of cattle in Australia are fed solely on pasture, then feedlot utilisation should be 33%, not 67% as stated by MLA. I can't tell if your problem is reading comprehension or mathematics, or perhaps you deliberately misread facts to suit yourself.
