A majority of the people sent to those horrid places are minors forced by their parents. Any adult who willfully chooses to go to such a place is obviously confused more by religious ideology than sexuality, falsely believing it is wrong to be gay due to those ridiculous religious beliefs.

There is no evidence that supports anyone was successfully converted from a homosexual to a heterosexual. Studies have shown that the people are still gay and that they are merely suppressing their true desires. Case in point, Ted Haggard.

Now the question should be, what happens to those people?
What should happen to those people is that they come to the realization there is absolutely nothing wrong with being gay.
