I have been reading Tiberius's blog for a bit, and he recently posted a blog entry written from a theist on the board. I was intrigued about this board, as it's difficult to find people who are like minded in real life.
I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with my husband and my cat. I'm a midwifery student who pays the bills by working as a florist. My family's mostly Catholic, as is my husband's family. Our lack of religion only becomes an issue when big life events occur. Marriage was one of those flash-points (and that whole living together beforehand); children is another one of those flash points.
I'm hoping that this place'll having some good discussions and that I'll have an opportunity to continue learning. Here's to happy chatting!

My candle burns at both ends
It will not last the night;
But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends -
It gives a lovely light.
