The problem is that cops know that they have to stand up for their fellow cops. There was clearly a second cop in that video and he said NOTHING to his partner. So now we go from one bad apple to two? And seeing as how the guy was not fired I can only assume that the whole department is rotten to the core.
The catholic church has the same problem. Did every priest fuck altar boys? I doubt it. But there is no way in hell that they did not know what was going on and they remained silent.
