I am me today because of many things my brain is doing, some of them coming in response to things my parents and early environments have done.
This me which my brain has produced is what it is. Thus, like Popeye, I am what I am.
Over time, I have become more and more clear on who this me is, though being unclear on who I am has never prevented my self expression.
My creator, that which has put the me in me, is undeniably the meat in my head. It's existence is entirely verifiable.
That is why I am today. Thanks for asking.
