I don't agree with this reasoning. I think it is more likely that American socioeconomic customs and conventions; its organizational structure isn't as encouraging as it could. It's a habitat who's level of complexity is relatively new and still somewhat intimidating for negro's. They are still undergoing a process of acclimatization. The American system is suited to benefit those who have higher intelligence; it has an aristocratic tendency which is unsympathetic to those who don't measure up. It's the law of the jungle where the 'jungle' has been technologically supplanted.
