I guess, having some gray hair in your early 30's is normal...
I started going grey around 21. I thought, that's it my life is over. No-one's gonna want to look at me, let alone be with me, like this. It was especially distressing since up to then I'd always looked much younger than I was.
What's weirder is the greyness spread so far and then seemed to just stop. Certain areas of me are still my natural mid-brown colour, such as the back half of my head, my chest (I was always Sam's "big hairy gorilla"

What I would love to do, if I could work up the moxie, is to go into some high street opticians - say, SpecSavers - peer up at the boards behind the counter, then when someone says "can I help you?" squint at them and say "Big Mac meal, please".
